1. Delivery Methods in Lithuania
1.1. Omniva parcel locker – standard delivery to your specified Omniva parcel locker.
1.2. Local pickup – pickup at our service center by prior arrangement.

3. Delivery Cost
1.1. Omniva parcel locker – 2.99 EUR.
1.2. Local pickup – free of charge.
1.3. Free delivery is also available for orders exceeding 100 EUR.
4. Delivery Time and Terms
1.1. Orders for delivery to Omniva parcel lockers placed before 12 PM are dispatched on the same or the next business day and delivered throughout Lithuania within 1–3 business days from the moment of dispatch. To confirm the dispatch time, please inquire by phone.
1.2. Orders for local pickup placed before 12 PM can be collected on the same or the next business day. To confirm the pickup time, please inquire by phone.
1.3. Express delivery by non-standard means may be possible for an additional fee by arrangement.
5. Order Tracking
1.1. Omniva parcel lockers – after the order is dispatched, the client will receive a tracking number by email, allowing them to monitor the delivery progress.
1.2. Local pickup – we will inform you by phone when your order is ready for pickup.
6. Delivery Issues
1.1. If delivery is delayed due to force majeure circumstances, we will inform the client and endeavor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
1.2. The client has the option to cancel the order if delivery is delayed by more than 14 business days.

1. Product Warranty
1.1 All products sold by us come with a 24-month warranty in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.2 A 12-month warranty applies to legal entities.
1.3 The warranty period starts from the date of order delivery.
2. Warranty Application
2.1 The warranty applies only to products that have been used for their intended purpose, in accordance with the user manual and manufacturer's recommendations.
2.2 The warranty does not apply if the product is damaged due to:
- improper or careless use;
- attempts to repair or modify by oneself;
- mechanical damage (including impacts, drops, deformation, scratches);
- natural disasters, fires, power surges in the electrical grid, or other external factors;
- product defects caused by natural wear and tear.
3. Provision of Warranty Service
3.1 Upon detecting a defect, the buyer must contact our store by filling out this form.
3.2 The product must be delivered to our service center, where we will assess the defect.
3.3 In case of a warranty claim, the product may be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new one.
3.4 If repair or replacement is not possible, the money paid will be refunded.
4. Warranty Service Period
4.1 Defect assessment is carried out within 5 working days from the date of product receipt.
4.2 Warranty repair is performed within 15 working days from the date of product receipt. If a longer period is required (e.g., awaiting parts from the manufacturer), the customer will be informed accordingly.
5. Shipping Conditions
5.1 The buyer delivers the product for warranty service at their own expense. If a warranty defect is confirmed, the shipping costs for the product will be compensated.
