1. Product Warranty

1.1 All products we sell come with a 24-month warranty in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.2 A 12-month warranty applies to legal entities (business customers).
1.3 The warranty period begins on the date the order is delivered.

2. Scope of the Warranty

2.1 The warranty applies only to products that have been used for their intended purpose, in accordance with the user manual and the manufacturer's recommendations.

2.2 The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged as a result of:

  • improper or careless use;
  • attempts to repair or modify the product yourself;
  • mechanical damage (including impacts, drops, deformation and scratches);
  • natural disasters, fire, power surges or other external factors;
  • normal wear and tear.

3. Claiming Warranty Service

3.1 If a fault is discovered, the buyer must contact our store by completing this form.
3.2 The product must be delivered to our service centre, where we will assess the fault.
3.3 If the claim is covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new one.
3.4 If repair or replacement is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded.

4. Warranty Service Timeframes

4.1 The fault assessment is carried out within 5 working days of receiving the product.
4.2 Warranty repairs are completed within 15 working days of receiving the product. If more time is required (for example, while waiting for parts from the manufacturer), the customer will be informed.

5. Shipping Terms

5.1 The buyer delivers the product for warranty service at their own expense. If the fault is found to be covered by the warranty, the shipping costs will be reimbursed.
