1. Delivery Methods in Lithuania

1.1. Omniva parcel locker – standard delivery to the Omniva parcel locker of your choice.
1.2. Local pickup – collection from our service centre by prior arrangement.

2. Delivery Methods Abroad

2.1. For international delivery, please contact us by email or phone before placing your order.

3. Delivery Cost

3.1. Omniva parcel locker – €2.99.
3.2. Local pickup – free of charge.
3.3. Free delivery is also available on orders over €100.

4. Delivery Times and Deadlines

4.1. Orders placed for Omniva parcel locker delivery before 12:00 are dispatched the same or the next working day and are delivered anywhere in Lithuania within 1–3 working days of dispatch. To confirm the dispatch time, please contact us by phone.
4.2. Orders placed for local pickup before 12:00 can be collected the same or the next working day. To confirm the collection time, please contact us by phone.
4.3. Express delivery by non-standard means may be possible for an additional fee, subject to agreement.

5. Order Tracking

5.1. Omniva parcel lockers – once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number by email, allowing them to follow the progress of the delivery.
5.2. Local pickup – we will notify you by phone once your order is ready for collection.

6. Delivery Disruptions

6.1. If delivery is delayed due to circumstances of force majeure, we will inform the customer and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6.2. The customer has the right to cancel the order if delivery is delayed by more than 14 working days.
